Hambrook Sports Club is a community sports organisation offering memberships, event access, and sports-related merchandise both in person and online.

Membership runs for 12 months from the date of payment unless otherwise stated. We may send renewal reminders prior to expiry. You are responsible for renewing to maintain active membership status.

Membership fees must be paid in full via the online checkout or as otherwise agreed. All payments are processed securely.
3.4 Cancellation and Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we cancel your membership without cause.
If you change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund, provided you have not yet used any club facilities or benefits during that time.

Active members may have access to an online booking system for facilities, classes, or events. Bookings are confirmed only upon payment (where applicable) and subject to availability.
Cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees or restrictions as detailed on the booking page.
4.2 Livestreams and Digital Access
Certain memberships or events may include access to online livestreams, training content, or other digital materials. These are provided for personal use only and must not be copied, recorded, or shared.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your online account details and password secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of security.
4.4 Email Newsletters and Digital Communications
By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive club updates, event notifications, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in our emails or contacting us directly.
5. Event Ticket Sales
5.1 Ticket Purchase
Tickets for club events are sold subject to availability. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and, where applicable, an e-ticket or booking reference.
5.2 Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Hambrook Sports Club.
5.3 Event Changes
We reserve the right to alter event details, including date, time, or content, where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
5.4 Admission
Admission may be subject to specific conditions (e.g. age, dress code, or membership status). Please check event information before purchasing tickets.
6. Merchandise Sales
6.1 Product Information
Products are offered via the website and a way to raise funds for the club. All profits from sales are reinvested into upgrades or maintenance of the club house. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Slight variations in colour or design may occur.
6.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our secure checkout.
6.3 Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6.4 Returns and Refunds
You may return merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Postage return costs must be covered by you. If you do not wish to pay for postage, please contact officialhambrooksportsclub@gmail.com to arrange a time to return your item in person.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). Prices may change at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect existing confirmed orders.
