At Hambrook Sports Club, we think Pilates is essential for keeping your body strong, flexible and fit. Our weekly classes cost just £8 per session and run on Monday nights at 7:15pm with Faye Spours, and Wednesday nights at 7:30pm with Abigail F Schmidt.
Please book your Monday night class in advance, Wednesday nights run on a cash-on-the-door basis.
As an amateur sports club, we believe fitness should be accessible for everyone in our community. If you would like to try a free class, please message us.
