Sound bath workshop with Bristol Gong Baths

Relax and unwind with a sound bath workshop, led by Annette Shaw from Bristol Gong Baths at Hambrook Sports Club. You'll enjoy 1.5 hours of meditative relaxation, surrounded by the gentle sounds of gongs, chimes and Annette's beautiful voice, in our event space. Guests loved our Sunday morning workshop in March, and in response to requests, we're running this evening event again in May.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing, and bring a thick mat, pillow and blankets so you can fully immerse yourself in the session.
